This is a very nice trip. The guide is trying her best to explain everything about 乌镇 and 杭州. This is different from free and easy trip as I get to understand and appreciate the history of places I have visited, thereby value adding my good experience in the 2 places I visited. The hotel I opted for is more expensive and high class one. for this hotel, the breakfast is nice, and the rooms are very clean.

I found this package tour online, and it covered many of the attractions we wanted to visit, so I booked it. Since this was my first time booking a package tour like this, I was initially a bit worried about the three-day itinerary and the tour guide, as there were many unknowns. However, after participating, the overall experience was quite satisfying. The tour guide proactively contacted us before departure to confirm the meeting time and location. During the trip, they would send messages to remind us of the meeting times and also include the location, making it easier for everyone to find the meeting point. Over these three days, what impressed me the most was the tour guide's explanations at each attraction. They were clear, organized, and helped us gain a deeper understanding of the historical background of the sites. For example, at the Lingering Garden, the guide introduced the three treasures of the garden, as well as the architectural and landscaping features. In the Eastern栅 (East Section) of Wuzhen, they also provided in-depth explanations, allowing us to better understand the local customs and lifestyle. The West Lake tour was paired with the tour guide's explanation and a boat ride, making the content vivid and memorable. However, it seems we didn't get to visit Hefang Street in the end, which was a bit of a shame. The tour guide's explanations were excellent, but I hope they can provide more information for some of the attractions with free time. Overall, the tour guide's style was humorous and engaging, and the pace of the itinerary was just right. It was a pretty good experience, recommended 👍🏻.

Wuzhen Water Town and Suzhou are both great tourist attractions, with super invincible scenery. Our guide, Xiao Ye, provided attentive explanations throughout the trip. Our tour guide (汪新良) was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient throughout our trip to Wuzhen, Suzhou, and Hangzhou. He also shared great insights about each place and made the journey smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

we had a wonderful experience with tour guide 小武. She is very knowledgeable and shared information on the attractions, in a very informative and yet fun and interestingly. She was able to arrange the timings such that we avoided crowds where and whenever who could, making it significantly more enjoyable. Ask for her when you make this booking, you will be glad you did.

our tour led by Mr. 单导. He is funny, nice and helpful. He guide and helped us throughout the whole trip. He explain the story very clearly and interestingly. These cities are really beautiful cities with a memorable stories. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍

The overall itinerary was well-organized, allowing tourists to experience the beauty of Jiangnan and its rich cultural history in the shortest possible time. The tour guide, Ms. Wang Yuanyuan, was attentive, meticulous, and helpful to both the elderly and the young, and her explanations were clear. I hope Tuniu Travel will recognize and reward her for her excellent work. The downside was the accommodation. Except for the one night in Hangzhou, the other three nights' hotels were quite old. The bathroom in the Shanghai hotel on the last night had black mold and a musty smell. The floor in the Shanghai hotel on the first night was not cleaned properly and had large footprints. Regarding meals, I hope you will promote the use of serving chopsticks, especially since multiple families are dining together.

This tour package was very good value for the money. It included visits to many attractions, and we would like to especially appreciate our tour guide, Mr. Yufang Ding, for his excellent service. He is a Chinese tour guide who can communicate in English, which made it easy for us to join the tour with Chinese tourists smoothly. Mr. Yufang took great care of all the guests and was always punctual. Moreover, he kindly helped us arrange transportation all the way to our hotel.
