Ordered for delivery to the hotel in Shanghai. Delivery was prompt by courier but no notification of parcel tracking and delivery time. Had to ask the hotel a few times to be able to get the cards. Other than that, cards were cute and usable.

The driver is very nice, really helpful even it was raining & hard to drop luggages in hotel but he bring the luggage one by one patiently.. Thank you so much.. We will booked again next time we go there.. Have a nice day..🙏🙏

Booked 2 cars to 乌镇. Drivers are hospitable and punctual. However, do note that the package does not cover the full mileage for the round-trip to 乌镇 (~191km). We had to pay extra on top of the price paid to Klook.

The transfer experience from Hangzhou city to Wuzhen this time was very smooth. The entire trip was a smooth ride, the car was clean and comfortable, and there was enough space for luggage, which was very reassuring. The punctual pick-up and drop-off made the itinerary smoother, especially when traveling with luggage, it was really convenient. Overall, the sense of security and service quality were very good, making it a transfer experience worth recommending.
