Purchasing the Dragon Rafting project includes a corresponding number of raincoats based on the ticket type. Children under 1.2 meters playing the Dragon Rafting project must bring their own raincoats or purchase one.

If your complimentary item cannot be experienced due to force majeure factors such as severe weather or equipment maintenance, the scenic area temporarily does not support refunds or exchanges. I. Safety Precautions for Tongtian River Boat Tour: 1. Patients with heart disease are not allowed to take the Tongtian River boat; 2. Drunk individuals are not allowed to take the Tongtian River boat; 3. Individuals with mental disorders and those unable to control their personal limb movements are not allowed to take the Tongtian River boat; 4. Large pets are not allowed during the boat ride; 5. Do not extend your hands outside the boat during the ride to avoid danger; 6. During the boat ride, you must follow the arrangements of on-site staff (such as tour guides) and ride the Tongtian River boat safely and according to regulations; 7. Due to weather conditions (such as excessive rainfall), the Tongtian River boat tour may be closed intermittently. To reasonably arrange your travel time, please consult the scenic area's customer service support before your trip to confirm whether the Tongtian River boat project is operating normally.

II. Lingyun Skywalk Safety Notice: 1. To keep the Lingyun Skywalk clean and tidy, please wear shoe covers for a civilized visit; 2. Due to the special nature of the Lingyun Skywalk's material, high heels are prohibited. Those wearing high heels should remove them before visiting the Lingyun Skywalk; 3. The Lingyun Skywalk is one-way. During your visit, please follow the unified arrangements of the staff; 4. For your safety, jumping, climbing, and roughhousing are prohibited on the Lingyun Skywalk; 5. It is forbidden to scratch or smash the Lingyun Skywalk with hard objects, and to discard foreign objects downwards; 6. People with high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, or those who are intoxicated are prohibited from visiting the Lingyun Skywalk; 7. Seniors and children must be accompanied by a guardian to visit the Lingyun Skywalk.

III. Safety Precautions for Jiutian Yunlang (Cloud Corridor): 1. Visitors must present tickets and wear shoe covers in advance before entering Jiutian Yunlang for sightseeing; 2. High heels are prohibited on the Cloud Corridor. Those wearing high heels should remove them before putting on shoe covers to enter; 3. The Cloud Corridor is for two-way traffic, with a limit of 300 people at a time. When crowded, please queue in an orderly manner and obey staff arrangements; 4. Jumping, shaking, climbing fences, chasing, and playing on the Cloud Corridor are prohibited; 5. Carrying metal objects or hard objects is prohibited to prevent them from falling and damaging the glass. Carving, drawing, and discarding debris downwards are strictly forbidden; 6. To ensure smooth passage for visitors, please do not linger on the Cloud Corridor for extended periods; 7. Special groups such as those with high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, intoxicated individuals, pregnant women, and seniors aged 65 and above are not permitted to experience the Cloud Corridor; 8. Children and seniors must be accompanied by a guardian to enter the Cloud Corridor; 9. Visitors are responsible for properly safeguarding their belongings. The management is not responsible for any loss or falling of items.

IV. Safety Precautions for Dragon Rafting: 1. Dragon Rafting is a recreational activity in the scenic area. Please wear raincoats, rain pants, and rain hats, and firmly grasp the handrails and buckles of the raft; 2. During the rafting trip, please take good care of valuable items such as mobile phones. We are not responsible for loss or damage. Standing up or leaving the raft is strictly prohibited. Always sit firmly and hold tightly to the raft's handrails and buckles; 3. If an emergency occurs during the rafting trip (e.g., the raft gets stuck), leaving the raft is strictly prohibited. Please wait for staff to assist in handling the situation. 4. Elderly friends [aged 70 and above], those who are frail, have acrophobia, heart disease, high blood pressure, or are otherwise unsuitable for rafting are strictly prohibited from participating. 5. Children under 1 meter tall are strictly prohibited from rafting. Children must be accompanied by an adult to participate.

V. Skyway Coaster Safety Instructions: 1. The Skyway Coaster is a free activity. Participants must pay attention to safety and obey the instructions of the staff on site; 2. Individuals with high blood pressure, heart disease, or other conditions unsuitable for strenuous exercise are prohibited from using it. Those under the influence of alcohol or drugs are also prohibited; 3. Tourists weighing over 100 kg (single person) are not permitted to use it; 4. This project is only suitable for tourists over 1.4 meters tall to experience alone. Children under 1.4 meters must be accompanied by a parent to experience it. Children under 3 years old and elderly friends over 70 years old are prohibited from experiencing it. Only one adult can accompany one child in a single vehicle; 5. Vehicle operation precautions: Hold the handlebars firmly with both hands during operation. Do not operate with one hand. In case of sharp turns or emergencies, brake and decelerate with both hands simultaneously. Do not get off the vehicle to take photos during the ride. Do not extend your feet out of the vehicle or take your hands off the handlebars while driving, to avoid personal injury.

Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in high-altitude and thrilling activities. Pregnant women are prohibited from participating in "Sky Road Coaster," "Dragon Chasing Rafting," and "Black Forest Adventure."
