This is my favorite campsite; I've stayed here 4 times. The environment is clean and tidy, the campsites are spacious, and the prices are very affordable. The scenery is beautiful, and many pieces of equipment are available for rent, which is very convenient. Plus, the RVs are incredibly convenient and clean, and they come with complete facilities.

The beef rolls in the park are delicious, and the staff are very kind and helpful, guiding us and explaining things. We also received free gifts when purchasing souvenirs, and the service attitude was excellent. There are also cute stamp collection spots and postcards available. The prices are affordable and reasonable, and the animals all look very well cared for. It felt like we were very close to them, which was wonderful. The commemorative coins and merchandise are also very cute and affordable, definitely worth buying. Online payment is also supported, which is very convenient.

This is a great place for relaxation and for athletes to quickly shed water weight. We went at 10 PM, and it was very quiet and the environment was comfortable. The staff was also excellent. Since it was late and the department store was already closed, they even walked us out when we were lost. They were very thoughtful and attentive.

My first Vietnamese hair wash experience was even more relaxing than I imagined. From the shampoo and scalp massage to the shoulder and neck relief, everything felt wonderful. The service was also very attentive. After the wash, I felt completely refreshed and would definitely want to come back again!

There are many car models to choose from, but there's only one staff member, so you might need a little patience when it's busy. Although they check the car before you take it, ours ran out of battery after just two minutes. 😂 The staff member helped us switch to another car and restarted the timer. Besides the plaza below, you can also drive up to the plaza in front of the library, which is great for kids to experience driving. Some car models even allow adults to ride along (though my dad said his knees were exploding with pain, only my short mom could squeeze in). Overall, the experience was pretty good, so why only four stars? Mainly because of the price. It's a bit higher than similar services elsewhere, and the green car actually doesn't run for 30 minutes; some of the faster ones only last about 25 minutes.

Although the journey is long, the mountain scenery along the way is beautiful, and the air is fresh and pleasant. The tribal atmosphere is simple and natural, making one feel relaxed and at ease. Strolling through, you can deeply experience the tranquility and rhythm of nature, temporarily letting go of life's stresses. This trip offers both physical and mental relief, making it an unforgettable and healing experience.

[Pre-booking: 1/5] The system management and customer service communication experience were extremely poor. After making the bank transfer, I replied with the last five digits of my account as required, but still received a system message stating, "Your reservation will be canceled if payment is not received." When I proactively reached out, the customer service representative not only failed to actively investigate but also shirked responsibility, even fabricating illogical technical excuses like "you didn't receive subsequent messages because a previous message was canceled." Even if I didn't receive it, couldn't they have called me? I even called the main store myself, and they said they would confirm and get back to me, but they never did. Instead, they kept sending payment reminder messages. In the end, they didn't even apologize. Their handling of the situation was infuriating and disrespectful. If I hadn't already paid the deposit, I would have definitely asked for a refund and not gone! [On-site Experience: 4/5] The overall experience was smooth. Although the instructors were a bit aloof, it was generally okay. However, if a movement wasn't done correctly, they only gave verbal reminders and didn't offer immediate assistance, so I wasn't sure who they were talking to. In fact, another group of customers helped me. The crafting process was fun and simple, and there were even snacks provided afterward. The indoor area had a lot of dust, which allergy sufferers should be aware of. [After-sales Service: 5/5] Later, I discovered that due to the ring's design, the finished ring size would be a bit large. It could be resized for free within 7 days, and the on-site staff were professional and friendly.
