My first Vietnamese hair wash experience was even more relaxing than I imagined. From the shampoo and scalp massage to the shoulder and neck relief, everything felt wonderful. The service was also very attentive. After the wash, I felt completely refreshed and would definitely want to come back again!

First time getting a Vietnamese hair wash, and it was unbelievably relaxing! Highly recommend! I didn't pay close enough attention when choosing and went with Package A, but I think Package B would be better for those who want a massage and stress relief.

They helped me with a lot of grooming and also took care of many sore areas. It was quite a good value for money!

I did feel truly relaxed, but I'm a bit concerned about whether the shared slippers are disinfected. Perhaps there could be a better way to handle this.

The store service was good, but I feel the Klook deal price didn't match the actual price. This is the first time I've encountered this... I don't think this is good and hope it can be improved!

The receptionist clearly dislikes Klook customers, repeatedly suggesting booking directly with them next time for a discounted rate, rather than through Klook. Furthermore, the services didn't match the advertisement, and they kept blaming Klook, stating that only gel manicure options were available. They also aggressively pushed additional services at extra cost. The large towel was slightly damp, suggesting it hadn't been changed after the previous customer.
