Very easy to find the pick up location. Driver was kind, showed us where to buy the tickets and check the ferry times. Super cute island to explore! Absolutely loved it.

Good experience riding the KTX train to Busan. Booked earlier for seat reservation. No need for physical ticket exchange - all via online using their Korail App.

Our family of 4 were lucky to get Panda as our driver. He contacted me a day before our booked date and suggested itinerary and timing for us. He drove very safely and steadily despite the windy roads. He was also very prompt and autonomous in helping us to take photos and collect our entry tickets. will highly recommend him! Our driver Chaeyon Lee was the best❤️ She was very accomodating before the trip up until our drop off. She even booked our entrance fees beforehand and even call the restaurants to cook our meal to save some time. She also initiated to take our pictures. Will book this next time when we go back in Korea. Very recommended❤️✨

Our driver didn’t speak much English but he tried to point out places using Papago. Later, he realized that I could understand some Korean and communicated with me. We ran ahead of time so he offered to stop at an extra destination for cherry blossoms. He also drove through a very nice cherry blossom street twice so we could enjoy the view. He dropped us at the Anmok Coffee street as arranged I asked for a recommendation and the shop he recommended was indeed good! It was Bossanova Roasters. The staff at the tourist information spoke good English and helped to decide if we had enough time to cover the places we chose. Glad that this taxi tour service is still available in this area!

Driver Mr Andy Yang speaks excellent English and is really polite and well mannered. Car model is as promised and car condition is perfect.

There was a small mishap at the start of my tour where the driver thought the drop off time was my pickup time but the staff at the tourist centre were very helpful in following everything up and had the driver to me in 15 minutes. My driver ended up being amazingly helpful, kind and tolerant of my want to take photos! He even brought out a drone to take shots of me, which turned out beautifully (attached photos weren’t edited by me at all!)!! Would definitely book this again. Also, the tour starts at the perfect time—by the time you get to the bus stop, the lighting is great and there’s barely anyone there so you can take your time with photos. Just beware though that the driver may only take you to all of the stops if you ask for it. He only took me to two off the top of his head (I had to ask to go the the cafe street).

easy to use, tickets were sent via email. would recommend buying from klook, and also to go to gangneung 😅. make sure you know your train number, car number, and seat number so you can get on the right train as nobody will counter check your tickets.
