Very easy to find the pick up location. Driver was kind, showed us where to buy the tickets and check the ferry times. Super cute island to explore! Absolutely loved it.

Vi hadde en flott opplevelse med sjåføren vår. Kommunikasjonen var utmerket, og han svarte alltid raskt. Han anbefalte også steder å besøke og restauranter å prøve, noe som gjorde turen vår enda bedre. Anbefales på det sterkeste. Vi ville definitivt bestille med dem igjen i fremtiden!

Our driver Chaeyon Lee was the best❤️ She was very accomodating before the trip up until our drop off. She even booked our entrance fees beforehand and even call the restaurants to cook our meal to save some time. She also initiated to take our pictures. Will book this next time when we go back in Korea. Very recommended❤️✨

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Full marks, highly recommend! The Gangneung car charter experience exceeded my expectations! I arrived at Gangneung Station at 6:35 AM, with my car scheduled for 4:40 PM. After arriving, I got sidetracked trying to buy Gangneung Station apple juice, which took a long time. Initially, I couldn't find the meeting point and had no idea where to wait. It took a lot of effort to finally figure out that we were supposed to meet at the 'I' sign. While I was still feeling lost, the driver, wearing a red shirt, proactively approached and recognized me. Even though I was late, the driver was incredibly understanding and didn't complain at all. Throughout the journey, he was exceptionally thoughtful, concerned that I might be bored, and enthusiastically chatted and explained local customs and culture the entire time. During our casual conversation, I mentioned that I've loved K-dramas and K-pop since childhood, which is why I specifically came to Korea for this trip. To my surprise, the driver was also a Bigbang fan! He immediately played "Bang Bang Bang" in the car, and we sang along together, creating an amazing atmosphere! During the trip, he took me to a popular tofu restaurant and even offered to help take photos, finding great angles. The original plan was to charge an overtime fee at the end of the trip, but the driver ultimately didn't charge any extra fees. He was truly reliable and sincere. The driving was smooth, he was friendly, and the itinerary was flexible and relaxed. For anyone traveling independently to Gangneung, I highly recommend choosing this driver. My trip was filled with warmth, and I will definitely book him again next time I visit Gangwon-do!

Vår tur til Nami Island var en sårt tiltrengt tur bort fra bylivet! Det var så fint for familien vår å nyte taubanene, skinnesyklene og øyturen borte fra folkemengdene – det var så forfriskende! En spesiell takk til reiselederen vår, BOB!! Han var så søt og hyggelig, og var et høydepunkt på turen vår! Han hjalp oss virkelig gjennom hele turen: han planla alt med våre preferanser i tankene, kommuniserte så vennlig, ga oss innsidetips og tilpasset seg timeplanene våre! Han ga oss så flotte anbefalinger – vi hadde det så gøy og anbefaler Bob på det sterkeste som reiseleder! Det var veldig kult å oppleve taubanen med glassgulv, sammen med utsikten på toppen. Det er en overkommelig familievennlig tur med en imponerende og givende utsikt på toppen. Vår andre opplevelse, skinnesykkelen, er en enkel og hyggelig tur! Til slutt var turen til Nami Island en flott måte å samhandle med naturen, dyrene og historien på! Flott opplevelse, takket være Bob!

There was a small mishap at the start of my tour where the driver thought the drop off time was my pickup time but the staff at the tourist centre were very helpful in following everything up and had the driver to me in 15 minutes. My driver ended up being amazingly helpful, kind and tolerant of my want to take photos! He even brought out a drone to take shots of me, which turned out beautifully (attached photos weren’t edited by me at all!)!! Would definitely book this again. Also, the tour starts at the perfect time—by the time you get to the bus stop, the lighting is great and there’s barely anyone there so you can take your time with photos. Just beware though that the driver may only take you to all of the stops if you ask for it. He only took me to two off the top of his head (I had to ask to go the the cafe street).
