Driver pick us up from hotel and punctual. The guide is able to speak english. The guys are friendly and has sense of humour. The lunch was simple but filling. For the hike, its worth it because of the stunning bohey dulang view but note to bring insect repellent as there are many mosquitoes. Bring a good pair of shoes. Not advisable for those who has difficulties walking as the hike can be abit steep. Water and towels are provided. The waters are clear and pretty. Can see fishes and overall, its a great and pleasant experience.

We had an amazing snorkeling experience at Mabul Island and Kapalai Resort. The water was crystal clear, the marine life was vibrant, and every spot we visited felt like a scene from a postcard. It was truly one of the best snorkeling trips we’ve ever had. A huge thank you to Yun Sheng Travel for their excellent service throughout our trip. Their team was professional, friendly, and always attentive to our needs especially Man and Labubu. Man has Very Good photograpy skills and made all our pictures look so amazing! They ensured our safety at all times, which made us feel comfortable and able to fully enjoy the experience. From the arrangements to the actual snorkeling sessions, everything was smooth and well-organized. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable experience, and we highly recommend both the destinations and Yun Sheng Travel for anyone planning a trip to Mabul or Kapalai.

Happened to find this activity and be attracted. We booked through Klook this Sea Walking Experience in Semporna. We were a bit worry at the beginning, and found it is actually very safe with professional instructor. I would strongly recommended.

Hotel Location: The location is very convenient, 100 meters and 3 minutes to the seafood market and pier. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants next door. Transportation Convenience: Cars can directly reach the hotel entrance. Cleanliness: It has been open for less than 2 years, and the rooms and lobby are clean. Service: The front desk is very willing to help and can speak English and Mandarin. On the 2nd day of my stay, I fell and got injured during an activity. When I returned to the hotel, the front desk was very proactive in assisting me and even sent staff to take me to the clinic. Because the hotel only had stairs, the staff proactively suggested carrying me up and down the stairs. Since it was a minor injury, I politely declined and slowly walked back to my room. I would like to take this opportunity to thank every staff member of the hotel for their care from November 14th to 17th. I hope the hotel representative praises each one of them. In addition, because I canceled the remaining water activities on my itinerary, fortunately, the hotel lobby has billiards, a large movie screening space, and small display activities for guests to enjoy. The only thing that needs improvement is that the shower water is not hot enough, it is only lukewarm.

Perfect Day, perfect weather even in october. a bit hot but views was good.. and the snorkeling was crazy because one of the crew members was a heavily talented underwater photographer and he was working very very hard.. staying underwater for long minutes to take everyone's videos

The morning departure wasn't very punctual. We waited quite a while before boarding the boat. The captain frequently performed stunts, and honestly, the constant speeding wasn't a pleasant experience. If any tourists were prone to seasickness, they would have thrown up. Each island visit required an additional fee, and even the restrooms on the islands charged extra. Lunch was a pre-packaged box lunch provided on the island, and it was not very tasty. However, the diving experience was quite good, with beautiful underwater scenery. There was another snorkeling session in the afternoon, and it's important to apply sunscreen. The instructors were quite responsible. Underwater photography cost an additional 50 MYR per person, and the quality of the photos was questionable. Be prepared for constant photography throughout the dive, leaving little time to actually observe the fish. Overall, it was still a very worthwhile trip to experience.

Absolutely crazy day. Both bohey dulang trip & mabul kapali was organized by same team ( UC islanders adventure ). They are absolutely the best. Even though I was disappointed that the Mabul bungalows fee was not included. its 50 rm, I was very much satisfied as we visited it for around 2 hours and skipped the last snorkeling session. I needed to fly my drone. I could have done it from the bungalow reception which is free to visit. but I paid and entered. We had to customize the time that we wanted to spend on the bungalows. and team crew managed to do it for us, even though it was against their tour plan. A huge thanks for that

The staff at Borneo Climb And Dive Sdn Bhd in Semporna were very friendly and helpful. Because I'm over 45, I needed a medical exam to enroll in either the OW or AOW courses. My instructor personally accompanied me to a nearby clinic for the checkup. I was fortunate to receive one-on-one instruction from my instructor during the OW course, who held me to a high standard of instruction. It was a fulfilling and memorable experience.
