It rained heavily in the morning and I thought I couldn't see anything for snorkeling today, but it stopped at the beginning of the hike and it was sunny all the time! Remember to wear sneakers in the hiking area, otherwise you have to rent them. The hiking trail is a bit difficult. Two of the four of us went up and two didn't. The shoes and pants of those who went up were basically covered with mud, but the scenery was amazing. We went to two places for snorkeling, one to see corals and the other to see fish. The captain was very good at finding places, and it was spectacular! The two guys on the staff can play ukulele and sing Chinese songs, which is very atmospheric! The only bad thing is that compared with the itinerary of the other three islands the day before, the cost performance is not that high, the snorkeling time is a bit short, and there is no nearsighted diving mirror for rent.

We were very lucky as we chartered the entire speedboat for the trip. There was no time pressure on the trip and we returned only when we had a great time. When we saw my mother-in-law fall while hiking, the tour guide immediately took out the medical kit to help her, which was very heartwarming.

really great tour, very well organised and beautiful snorkelling spots! the most beautiful coral I’ve ever seen and soo much sea life! Tour is mostly in Chinese but the guide made an effort to translate to English afterwards for us.

The trips was great, all the crew members are very helpful and friendly. highly recommended.

Overall, it was pretty good, and the weather was great today. This is my second time snorkeling, so I'm already quite skilled. Maybe I'll try scuba diving next time.

The underwater ecology is very rich, and the tour guide can inform and eliminate any emergencies!

Dear Klook Customer Support, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding a recent booking made through your platform. We booked a package with Milas Travel, and the operator accepted the booking with full payment. However, upon arriving at the destination after travelling two hours from Tawau we discovered that no itinerary or arrangements had been made by the operator. This is completely unacceptable. We trusted Klook as a reliable platform, yet the operator failed to deliver even the basic service that was paid for. This resulted in a major inconvenience, loss of time, added travel cost, and a very unpleasant travel experience. I request the following: A full refund for the booking. Compensation for the inconvenience and wasted travel time. An investigation into Milas Travel to prevent this from happening to other customers.
