Tsukinoyume (月の夢) in Shibuya - Sashimi and Hot Pot Izakaya

The place was difficult to find (for me), the dining area was kind of dark... not much people visiting too

The restaurant located opposite to the Shibuya 109 building only, only 5 min walk from station shibuya. Due to some renovation at the station exist, we missing the exit, but still asking local people help find the location of restaurant. Restaurant is far more enough for our 4 person, we unable to finish all. Too many dishes food had full cover our table, place not so big and enough sitting for 4 person. Food taste is ok and we very satisfied. However, the restaurant staff unable speak english, that is problem to communicate and our orders had wrongly given but last the supervisor had rectify their order immediately. It take 15min to explain our type orders. Its good experience to us. Tq klook

Pork and beef was fresh and tasty. The voucher stated that dessert is included for the buffet. Our dinner was at 6pm. Staff were attentive from 6-645pm. After that, they got too busy with other customers. When we pressed the bell, they did not attend to us. A waitress finally came over at 7.15pm. We asked for the dessert and she said ‘okay’. However, at 7.20pm, the same waitress told us that our time was up and they would not serve us the dessert. This does not make sense as we tried to get their attention since 6.45pm.

Very disappointed with the quality of the pork and beef being served. It is not fresh and the whole pot is full of the pork and beef smell. The duration is only about 1.5 hours when they informed you to your last order. Not worth to eat and I will not recommend to my friennds.
