It was an incredible night walk around Osaka Castle. There were a lot of interactive games to play and many animated shows were projected on the walls. Sakuya Lumina Night Walk at Osaka Castle was a fabulous event and many artworks were on display.
This place is definitely the best we've seen that use both technology and culture. It's so beautiful that I'm sad when it end. We enter at 6.30pm and ended at 9p.m if I remember correctly. We took a lot of photos. luckily the weather is on our side although at first it was raining. Everyone should go!!
Sakuya Lumina Night Walk is the most A-W-E-S-O-M-E activity we did during our 10days trip! Highly Recommended for the whole family, interactive and amazingly new experience! We forgot how cold it was because we are having so much fun!
We received unforgettable fabulous impressions from this excursion. A fabulous sparkling forest, amazing unusual illumination with a delightful soundtrack. It was very convenient and quick to buy tickets on Klook and sell them without any problems.
Interesting and amazing experience. Went there with my 10yrs gal, luckily free admission for student that day, so I just need to get my own admission ticket. Remember to redeem the ticket outside the castle gate before heading to the show entrance.
This is by far the best evening illumination event I’ve been to! Amazing storyline and use of technology to get the audience engaged! Purchasing through Klook was about $3 cheaper than at the door. Upon entry, both my husband and I were given wrist bands with a QR code. This is super cool as it allows you to interact with the overall story for the event! Every stopping point also had some history. When they give you the pamphlet, it displays where/annotates the history pertaining to that location. Once you’ve entered the event, you’ll definitely want your phone out not just for photos. Unfortunately my husband’s phone was dying so he couldn’t partake in the interactive portion of the walk. Each stopping point was different and had a story to tell. During the halfway point, we appreciated the staff taking a scenic photo of us with the Osaka Castle in the background (see my photos). In the halfway point, a bathroom was also nearby along with Lawson vending machines in case you want a snack/hot soup/drinks. Overall the event was worth it. Be sure to wear cold weather gear as it was cold out when we went and wear comfortable walking shoes as it is a lot of walking. Still, even with the walking, family members on wheelchairs will still be able to enjoy the event as there are ramps.
A new experience if you’re into the anime and neon lights appearance! I love the effects that they have, as well as the stories they were telling! It was very playful, and I’m glad I got to be a part of it! This is a fun activity for both kids and adults!
One of the best night activity in Osaka. The light, the sound, the effect, and the joy of just walking at night through the unforgettable experince in Japan. I would highly recommended everything to take part in this miraculous journey!
