Takachiho sightseeing train: The mountain breeze carries the scent of kerosene and the magic of the Emerald City. The destination is a mountain area with very open views on both sides, where cedar trees sway in layers under the pure blue sky. (Self-funded) *Every third Thursday of the month*, the Amaterasu Railway does not operate. Customers wishing to experience it should avoid this day (except for August 20, 2026, when the train will operate normally). Special note: In case of bad weather such as typhoons/rain or Japanese holidays, if train tickets cannot be purchased, the itinerary will be changed to [Takachiho Shrine].
