We had a wonderful experience with our tour guide, Huahua, during our trip to Mt. Rokko. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and he made the whole journey easy and enjoyable. Since we were only two families on the tour, the day felt just right and personalized. The kids especially had a great time, and we appreciated that the other family chose to stay overnight at the onsen, which allowed us to head back to Osaka earlier than scheduled. It was a blessing, especially with the cold weather and how tired we all were.
huaHua was amazing. easily the best guide I’ve ever had and made my the whole process so easy for my family. we don’t speak Japanese so he translated but also went the extra mile the whole tour. couldn’t recommend enough

I participated in your company's "Mt. Rokko Skiing + Arima Onsen" tour on February 7th and had a very poor experience. On the return trip from Arima Onsen, the bus was scheduled to depart at 16:15, but due to late customers, it departed at 16:28, delaying the itinerary. While returning to Mt. Rokko Ski Resort to pick up customers, the driver was unfamiliar with the route and took the wrong mountain road. It wasn't until the tour leader yelled "suck it off" that the driver realized the mistake, causing the bus to make a U-turn on a narrow mountain road, reversing back and forth 6-7 times, with a dangerous valley right behind. After returning to Mt. Rokko, due to the aforementioned factors, the tour leader was in a hurry to depart and showed impatience towards passengers who wanted to get off to use the restroom. Furthermore, before all the customers who used the restroom had boarded, the tour leader confirmed that the numbers were not complete and yelled "what?" at the passengers on the bus before rushing off the bus and angrily throwing their tour leader vest on the ground. All of the above is true. Your company can review the driving recorder to verify the incident. You will definitely see the bus making a U-turn on the narrow mountain road, and you will definitely hear the "suck it off" and the angry shout of "what?" I do not agree with the standards of your company's driver and tour leader. Besides having fun when we travel, the most important thing is to return home safely. Please don't make us worry all the way. Thank you.
