- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled activity will incur a 100% cancellation fee, regardless of the reason (including weather conditions or personal health).

- In Japan, some locations require permission for photography, or may prohibit it altogether.If permission cannot be obtained, the shoot at your requested location may not be possible, and in such cases, we assume no responsibility.
- You are not allowed to directly arrange the shoot or booking with the assigned photographer outside of this service, including through third-party platforms.

Ma was our photographer and from the set up to receiving the photos, everything was phenomenal! Ma showed us different locations that we wouldn’t have otherwise seen including a bamboo forest at Fushima Inari Taisha where we had our photos. We received them same day and couldn’t be happy. This is definitely one of the highlights of our trip.
