Business 10-seater (including infants and children) (Capacity: 9 passengers + 8 pieces of 26-inch luggage)

Business 14-seater (including infants and children) (Capacity: 13 passengers + 0 pieces of 26-inch luggage)

Coaster 18-seater (including infants and children) (Capacity: 17 passengers + 10 pieces of 26-inch luggage)

Note: Infants and children will be counted as passengers. Standard luggage size: 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage or strollers. Large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage. Overload Risk: If you have a lot of luggage or large luggage, we recommend that you book a suitable vehicle type to accommodate all of your luggage. Passengers are responsible for any additional fees incurred as a result of not adhering to the recommended number of passengers and luggage capacity for the vehicle type. In the event of overtime rental, an overtime fee will be charged. The overtime fee will be collected directly by the driver and should be paid in cash. 1. Child safety seats are not available.
2. Please be sure to leave your LINE ID or WhatsApp or WeChat number when ordering (after reserving, please turn on the add friends setting so that local Japanese staff can contact you in a timely manner).
3. After placing the order, you can see the customer service contact information on the platform. Please add it in time to facilitate communication about the itinerary arrangement. The supplier will send you the driver information 1 day before departure (provided at least 3 hours before the trip). Please pay attention and wait for the driver to pick you up in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.
4. Empty car fee: There may be a price difference for pick-up or drop-off in different locations. If this occurs, customer service will confirm with you after placing the order.
5. Overtime fees/extra kilometer fees will be charged if the actual service time or travel distance exceeds the limit.
6. A fee of JPY 300/km will be charged for total trips exceeding 200 km.
7. Overtime rental due to traffic congestion will be charged regardless of natural causes or traffic control.
