Steak Sakura (ステーキさくら) in Shinsaibashi - Popular Teppanyaki Chain

Great experience. The food was delicious. The staff were professional and accommodating, especially since we had a toddler with us. One of the chefs, Ms. Yui Sasaki, was especially helpful.

The location is a little far away, but the quality of the restaurant is good, the environment is elegant, the food is fresh and delicious, and the service is very polite. I will come again if I have the chance.

Food was great however the teppanyaki experience was a bit different than what we had expected. There was no tricks or interaction, the main purpose was to cook the wagyu and then serve it.

The service from their staff was excellent! Maybe due to us ordering the set, the Kobe beef that we were given has little marbling and not that tender as raved by others.

Steak and services are good. We arrived early and they let us start early. Great experience.

It is worse than expected, with tendons and toughness. It has no instant mouthfeel, and the meat taste is good. The chef is a Chinese woman with a kind attitude, but she has multiple positions and service
