Fantastic

Premium Deluxe Mountain View Room · 2 Adult(s), 1 child(ren) · 1 Nights

The place is good and relaxing. It did not disappoint us in getting the view and the sought after video of funicular passing to/from. That was the experience that we wanted. However, the aircon in the room that we had was not working well and when we were sleeping that night it was so hot. I am not an expert on that but I think it needs cleaning. All in all we had a good experience in the hotel. The staff are friendly and nice. The location of the hotel is walking distance to the Sun plaza and stone cathedral and other restaurants to try.

Right off the bat, when our shuttle dropped us off early, someone from Viettrekking Hotel greeted us and helped with our luggage—even before check-in! We were able to leave our bags safely at the lobby, freshen up, and have breakfast at Viettrekking Café on the second floor (the one overlooking the Fansipan train ). It’s also nearby Sun Plaza, it’s just a few minutes walk. Our room felt cozy and a bit luxurious — comfy beds, complete toiletries, kettle, water, hairdryer, and my favorite: lighted vanity mirrors (both at the desk and bathroom!) The staff were wonderful throughout our stay. When we couldn’t check out before heading to Fansipan, they helped organize and pack our things, even the ones we left in the bathroom. Big thanks to Mr. Ly Thinn and the lobby team for all the help and kindness. Beautiful view, great service, and thoughtful staff — highly recommend staying here in Sapa!

Excellent accommodation! We stayed for three days and two nights in a standard non-view room, and we were pleasantly delighted with our stay. The breakfast buffet was quite good, the room was spacious and clean, and the coffee was great paired with an amazing view.

Ahh, truly the best hotel in Sapa! 🌄 It offers an amazing view of the train — such a unique and beautiful sight. The staff are all incredibly accommodating and friendly, making you feel right at home. You can even leave your luggage while waiting for check-in, and they’ll happily offer you a free towel if you want to freshen up. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and super comfortable — perfect after a long trip. The buffet breakfast is delicious with good amount of options, and the swimming pool is absolutely stunning with breathtaking views. ✨ Overall, such a relaxing and memorable stay — highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapa!
