The hotel was surprisingly good! It’s in a very convenient location, and the staff were all incredibly friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. Everyone I encountered was smiling and helpful, whether during the day or late at night. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and overall in good condition. The only issue I experienced was a drainage problem in the bathroom toward my last day. It caused an unpleasant smell, and unfortunately, some small flies/insects also appeared to be coming from the drain. Aside from that, I had a really pleasant overall experience. For the price, it’s definitely worth staying here. Great location, clean and spacious room, and excellent staff. Highly recommended!

This place is accessible near Sun Plaza, breakfast has a lot of food to offer. chose the room with "mountain views" and it didn't disappoint, and the staff are nice too. they let us kept our luggages even after check-out. Recommended for Pinoys who loves to go to SAPA😊

Overall I would rate Phuong Nam 10/10. Location is very convenient, there are a lot of restaurants, spa and near to Sun Plaza and Sapa Center. It is also near to Mat Pet Farm. Staff are very very nice, helpful and accomodating. As for the cleanliness side, they clean my room everyday. I would come home tired but very pleased. They will refill toiletries. New towels and of course clean my mess. My room would be very clean when I rest. The atmosphere and facilities of the hotel is very chill, the facilities are so clean, accessible and easy to use. Provided with directions translated in english. If I would come back again. I will still choose this hotel. And definitely would recommend 💯🤍✨
