the check in procees took so long. the sabahan front desk (based on her accent) look so stress when processing the check in, with unhelpful indian staff standing next to her. i was accused of overtaken the queue. i came when shes processing the people in front, and then came a guy queuing behind me. My son started to act up since the process took so long, i so left the queue in less than 2 minutes to attend to my son & came back queue. when my turns come, she told me the guy behind already queued longer. I was perplexed. I think shes so rude. Either she not noticed my presence or she think i should re-queue, thats not my problem. Even the guy behind was also confused & asked to let me do first. I trust the indian staff standing next to the sabahan girl noticed me since she saw me carrying my son. but did nothing to defend me. What a bad experience. My second and last time coming

Overall great! Free parking just validate. the one thing I still prefer washroom and bathroom not separate or else need at least have hooks easier for changing when happen roomates not close relatives

Very comfortable bed, love the breakfast selection, the food is tasty. What I wish is there's disposable footwear like other hotels. I like that Mercure trying to save the environment by using glass drinking water bottles. The hotel smells nice all the time. The price is affordable too

A great hotel to stay at, quite new & clean, free parking, friendly staff.. you have to request for the iron & board if needed to use one.. except for the location, is surrounded by road construction & factories. Breakfast was great too.

Amazing stay. Hotel is clean and modern. Staff is friendly and helpful. Almost as if it is 5 star. Worth every dollar. Location can be better though. Once, there was a road that was blocked for construction, and there were no other roads for vehicular access to the hotel. There is no sheltered walkway from the mall next to it as well. Hotel is otherwise great.
