The room looks old and not really clean. No indoor shoes provided. Breakfast so so. Anyway, the staffs very friendly. If booking via Klook, only 2 waterpark tickets provided not 4 tickets as advertised in their page.

some staff is like a robot..work by the book..not friendly also..not all but some..waterpark is the highlight here..room is so so..I take lotus suite with breakfast included as stated in booking, but no breakfast given!!!..the staff insist there is no breakfast!!..contact klook and the response is a letdown..dont trust klook free breakfast package..useless!!
