if you choose smoking area room. no matter what you do. they have centralized A/C for smoking area rooms. therefore you cannot eliminate the ciggarette smell. if you dont smoke. dont book for smoking area room. rather than that. everythint about the hotel is good. ,when you go to hotel. the nearest terminal is shinagawa seaside station. dont get confuse with shinagawa station only.
