The hotel is very cozy, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, so if you have big suitcases, it's not a good idea. Making the reservation on Klook made it a little uncertain if we actually had a reservation because we didn't get a confirmation from the hotel itself, but everything was okay.

From Narita Airport, we took the N'ex to Shinagawa Station, then we took the Keikyu Line to Aomonoyokocho station. We were greeted by the super friendly receptionists. Super clean hotel❤️ Superb organic breakfast. The benefits of staying at this hotel are the in-house onsen and free flowing beverages.
