very good hotel, laundry is very easy to use. close to a supermarket. actually good location if you want to stay in Tokyo. 1-2 minute walk to shinigawa sea side station. the rinkai line is probably one of the best train line to use as it goes to almost all the famous areas in Tokyo without having to change lines that much. especially if you have kids and using prams.

The hotel is exactly at the opposite side of Shinagawa Seaside Station. The staffs were very nice. Most of them do understand English which is a plus point for foreigners.

Conveniently located nearby the train station and shopping mall. Room was roomy and clean. We enjoyed variety of Japanese and western breakfast the next morning. Easy access to airport bus stop. Recommend and will stay again.
