the booking and check in process was smooth sailing until we checked out. the staffs were so welcoming. breakfast have lot of options- malaysian cuisine to mamak hawker style, western breakfast. the room was clean. the whole hotel was clean. thank you so much for the hospitality doubletree hilton putrajaya lakeside. mission accomplished ! my son loves his stay and wish to stay here 1million nights more šŸ˜‚
