The accommodation is very nice and comfortable. The staff are also friendly and welcoming. However, I think there is room for improvement in giving clear directions to the hotel rooms. I had to go up and down twice to find my room because there were no clear signs. It would be better if there were staff to guide guests or inform them which elevator to use to get to their rooms.
It would also be helpful to provide printed directions to avoid guests getting lost.
