We were lucky we found this afforfable gem accommodation hours before our stay. The location is convenient because it's near JB Sentral, malls, convenient stores, restaurants, and walking distance attractions in JB. The front desk on duty when we arrived is very helpful and accommodated our request to have a bed at the end of the room because we are light sleepers. The bed is clean and smells fresh. The bathroom is also clean - just like the picture they advertised. The cleaning staff diligently and silently cleans the floor's lobby in the morning. The wifi is good and we had no problem with internet connection. FIY: there's only 1 socket beside the assigned bed and there's a 50RM refundable deposit. We had a comfortable stay and if there's a chance we visit JB in the future, we will surely book Attrus again.

room was large enough for two adults. it was comfortable and clean. the check-in and check-out process was adequate. The wifi in the room was not working or the password was wrong. The reception working in all 3 shifts did not know or able to provide the answers. They only based on what they been told. Only in the lobby that the wifi was available. The hostel is located adjacent to the kopi shop.
