transport access: it will be better and convenient if you have a car or a scooter to move around from here. hotel location: hotel location is quite a walking distance from cenang. do’able but quite a distance. breakfast: breakfast is standard breakfast. no complaints. cleanliness: superb

Good location to stay and enjoy the beach side.. all activities can be possible but if you want to go for shopping, need to 15 minutes drive outside

very relax vibes, good in-house food options, facilities are decent! big beachfront compared to other properties around it. room front abit dated but works and well maintained, aircond good!! TV decent, WiFi good enough for holiday, bed good, housekeeping good, room they give you 2 x 1litre bottles of water daily.. which I really appreciate. reception was helpful and well equipped to assist you well. concierge attentive and warm.. thinking to book my 2nd stay here in the near future!! ps if you have little children.. they have a playroom for them!!

Its a second time coming to Holiday Villa. Love it as the place is serene and have straight access to the beach. Its and old hotel, but, they maintained it well. Lovely staff and nice room too.
