Great staff and good breakfast. The bed/bedding is extremely comfortable however the water in the sink, bathtub and toilet of the bathroom leaks constantly due to poor maintenance so the floor is wet and slippery, which increases risk of falling.

When we arrived, our room was very smelly and there was a lot of mould in the wardrobe. We told the reception and they moved us to another room that was nice and clean, however the whole process took about 2hrs and was not great as we were very tired and wanted rest. The next bad experience was dinner. We went to have dinner in the restaurant, ordered a steak and Eggplant parmigiana and two glasses of the local wine. The steak was terrible, completely inedible and we had to send it back and the same with the house wine. The Eggplant was ok. The "dinner" that was not eaten cost us 420,000.00 and as they told us the house wine was 8K but they charged us 12.5K per glass. This was common as we kept being told the prices on the menu where not correctand they charged us more then was listed. This was a horrible experience and we ended up getting KFC from across the road. The good parts were the breakfast was really good, the long Island iced tea's were great, however watch the pricing, there is 2 different prices on the menu and they charge more then listed so that was disappointing. The massages were the highlight for us, they were amazing and really well priced. Overall, we will not be coming back.

Old hotel that needs maintenance. The plus is we have big room but the bathroom, TV are old. The room has a little bit of humid smell. The wall is thin we could hear the kids running around the hallway and the road noise. The receptionist was nice and accomodating.

Friendly and helpful staff.

Staff were very courteous and always smiling. Clean rooms. However the gym needs maintenance and was rather run down. Needs attention.

Best hotel ever! Even did free decor for my partner's birthday in the room. Was pleasantly surprised. Thank you so much!!

The room was comfortable, but I think they need to work on their plumbing - the water pressure seems low, and the pipes give out a nasty noise and vibration when you turn on the taps initially. But other than that, the stay was excellent.

Absolutely great for late arrival flights - twice I've arrived late evening and rested here the night before continuing to Medan. Clean and comfortable rooms, polite and friendly staff members, reasonable price. I don't like the fake white-stone "garden" out of the window - the bright lights are always on and the curtains don't cover the window. I had trouble sleeping on one of my stays because of this. Also it's not clear how to enter the hotel from the airport arrivals - there's a sign that says entrance at the back of the dining area, both times it was locked and had to shout to be let in. I didn't realised until the second stay that I should've entered through the front (which is further away from arrivals). Fix these two things and it's perfect 😅

My second time staying here. Good value, wonderful service.
