I was very pleased to receive a complimentary room upgrade due to the air conditioning malfunction in my initial room assignment. The upgraded room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I will definitely consider staying here again for my next trip.

Casa Bonita left me with mixed feelings. The friendly staff was a positive, but the overall experience was just okay. The rooms, though a bit old, provided the basics with nothing particularly noteworthy. Consider it if you prioritize friendly service over modern amenities.
