hotel location: was good and near to eatery and about 10 mins walk to hatten hotel and it was very clean and new. greatly a city for God food and sightseeing

Highly recommended experience from start to finish. The location is very convenient and easy to access, which made the whole trip stress-free. Upon arrival, the staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful, always ready to assist and answer any questions. Cleanliness was excellent — the place was well-maintained, tidy, and comfortable throughout the visit. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing, with good facilities that were properly organized and easy to use. Everything was clearly arranged, making the overall experience smooth and enjoyable. The service quality truly met my expectations and provided great value for money. Overall, it was a satisfying and memorable experience, and I would definitely recommend this to others. I would not hesitate to book again in the future.

The place is very strategic, but it would be better if you could provide a prayer mat for Muslim guests.

not bad location wqs okay but the room and the staff services is just standard. nothing special and just a normal one except sometimes being rude if you ask a lot of things

Easy check in, location is very perfect to the city. It was Puasa time yet breakfast served very good. Staffs and very friendly. We took Premier Room and bed is too comfy. Swimming pool is clean and overall we love it. Only thing is Buffet Food can be improved. Some are delicious, some are so so. But the rest is awesome

Room was spacious for 2 adults. The breakfast spead is amazing. Please ensure that the housekeeping is maintained before guests arrival, our bathroom was stank of urine. Notes to management, your reception centre is welcoming but your receptionist were not. Perhaps they could drop the act and checks the guests in without an attitude, despite which hotel they were to stay. checking in as The Straits guest, I was passed around between the counters as the priorities were paid to the noble guests.

Second checked in this hotel. Overall is good. Breakfast buffet was superb, many choices! Cleanliness can be improved, the toilet of the room with little smell. Also if there is slipper provided in the room will be much better. Many restaurants and convenient store just right in front of the lobby, very convenient, easy to access!☺️
