The staff was always around to assist. Lobby area is so nice and relax to sit around. location is fantastic, next door is cheap and tasty dim sum and noodle restaurant. walk to wholesale market and river side (with plenty of restaurants) about 15 mins walk with a very tasty and famous bhanmi shop nearby. Room is comfy and spacious. Hotel even allows us to check out late with no extra cost!

it could have been 5-star if not for the nearby construction noise + water drainage in the shower wasn’t good + there’s no concierge to help me carry my luggage up the stairs. when leaving, there’s also no one to help. my tour guide has to help me. so do take note if you are travelling with bulky luggage.

The room is spacious and clean. Complimentary bottled water available every day. Nice and approachable staff. Breakfast was ok. Da Nang is a small city, so you can easily reach many attractions.
