1: The check in process is a test of patience. Quite a number of staffs at the counter but the communication between them is not there. I have been asked if I am checking in for more than 5 times.
2: Not sure if it is a good idea to leave the luggage at the concierge. First, I need to tell them there is no one at the concierge. Counter people came out to tell me just leave with them. I have to ask them for a tag for the luggage, then they gave me a tag. When I came back to get my luggage, it was placed together with other luggage lined up at the entrance. I am not sure if those luggage are customers' luggage checking in or checking out. I was searching for my luggage with the staff members. They started searching at the first row of luggage and I found my luggage at the 3rd or 4th row. Not sure if they have a system to place luggage. I am afraid that luggage might be loaded to tour bus by accident.
3: Room is clean and tidy, which is good!
4: Room air-con isn't that cooling.
