Everything was great overall, except for the meatball meal for my kiddo. Unfortunately, the meatballs were too hard for my kiddo to eat. Even as an adult, I found the meatballs quite hard as well. I hope the kitchen team can improve the texture of the meal for other customers in the future. Thank you!

The room is spacious, there is a bathtub in toilet. The service is good. However, the lighting is dark, only wall lamp without ceiling light. Cannot see clearly during the night.

Pleasant stay at this hotel. I upgraded to a Junior Suite for a small fee, and it was worth it—forest view with a balcony, no regrets! Room facilities could use some improvement, as the furniture is a bit dated. The TV is a 32-inch model equipped with a Mi Stick, allowing access to YouTube and Netflix (account required). The hotel is conveniently located near lively areas with easy access to food and attractions. Would consider staying here again in the future!
