typical swiss bell group experience booking, not nice once u reach the hotel. they keep re-arrange the room, my book is king size + city view but they say full book. 2nd time and my last time stay here.

I booked this hotel for the first time and it gives me a wonderful experience. First, I requested for a early check-in via Whatapp one day in advance. The staff inform me it is subjected to the room availability. Yes I respect that. But during the actual day of check-in... Wow the counter lady makes my day. She let me check-in at 12.30pm instead when I arrived early. Secondly, every time I go out of the hotel and come back to the hotel, I was greeted by the security at the main door. Wow impressive. The room that I stay was clean and the space is big. Unlike other hotel that I always stay gives me unpleasant smell and noise. That's why I give it a try on this hotel for my first time. I will stay here again next month. The location is good. You don't even have to take a grab to go grand Batam mall because the mall is just beside this hotel. Overall is fantastic. My 3days 2night stay is so wonderful. Thanks everyone for giving me such a wonderful experience. Kelvin Singapore

The breakfast, food was okay. The WiFi was good. Didn't have time to use the facilities. The staff was great, speaks English and friendly. Will comeback, no problem.

clealiness could be improved, bedsheet and pillow has foul smell. toilet could be cleaner. overall ok, can be improved.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just returned from a 3D2N stay at Swiss-Belinn Batam and had a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around Batam. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, the air-conditioning worked well, and housekeeping did an excellent job. Breakfast was decent with a good variety of local and international options. What impressed me most was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was polite and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Swiss-Belinn Batam offers great value for money with comfortable rooms, good service, and a pleasant atmosphere. Thank you for making our 3D2N getaway a memorable one. Will definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Batam.

Booked for one night. Friendly doorman and counter staff. Spacious room. Convenient location, walking distance to Grand Batam Mall. Bathroom is quite small but adequate for one night’s stay.

I choose this hotel for its location and not too expensive. The Interior is clean, water pressure for shower is good. Bed is comfortable.
