staff were extremely professional and friendly. attended to our request effectively. one thing to note is that there is a huge altar on level 3 and we were given the room directly next to it which made us felt v uncomfortable. it would be nice to inform or state in the hotel description about this.

My stay at the Haibay Hotel was exceptional. The hotel's prime location in the heart of the city made it convenient to explore the surrounding area with ease. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel amenities were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread offered each morning. Overall, my experience at the Cityview Hotel was delightful, and I look forward to returning on my next visit to the city.

This hotel location is really great! It is convenient for everything. The steer there is busy and noisy. But the hotel is really quiet! The staff is very friendly, especially Ms.Happy & Mr. Kai. Good hotel, recommended!
