We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and what stood out the most was the staff's behavior and accommodating nature. Everyone we interacted with was sweet, polite, and genuinely eager to help. We did face an AC issue during our stay, but the staff addressed it quickly and without any hassle. Little touches like the souvenir they gave us at checkout and arranging a cab for our airport transfer made the experience even more special. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who values great service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Very nice near by (200 meters) indian pure vegetarian and jain food restaurant ( Rutba restaurant).

hotel location: perfect! the front desk gave us a map with food and spot recommendations cleanliness: great! everything is clean and no odors at all really comfy transport access: close to everything. all spots are walking distances. hotel provided an airport transfer for us. more than 30% cheaper than Grab service: receptionist and staff are very helpful. room: the room is very spacious and has a great view of the train (3rd floor balcony)

We stayed here and had a great experience. The location is very strategic, close to the Old Quarter, markets, and many local attractions-everything is within walking distance. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. On our last day in Hanoi, we went shopping and overbought a few things and needed an extra box for packing. The staff kindly helped us find one without hesitation. It really showed how much they care about their guests. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Hanoi.
