The hotel room was spacious. The water pressure was good. There's an ironing board inside the room However some spots, eg near the mirror area were a little dusty. There is also a park behind the hotel if you want to go for a walk/jog. Opposite the hotel, there are some convenience stores and Taj Curry house. Staff were friendly. Overall a good deal for the price paid.

This is the 3rd time staying in Dorsett, Subang. Our recent trip was on 29th May to 30th May & 1st Jun to 2nd Jun 2026. The 29th May stay, we had some issue with the room given to us and we approached the check-in counter to have the room be changed. Ms Shaimini, got us an upgraded room due to the ongoing Asian Sports which had occupied most of the rooms. Ms Shaimini (whom we met some 4 mths ago) was humourous, always assisting guests to have a pleasant stay & attend to our various requests without any hesistation! We were glad we get to meet her again in this recent trip! On our stay (from 1st to 2nd Jun), Shaimini again attended to our needs as always! Our sincere thanks to Ms Shaimini once again! On our check-out on 2nd Jun, we came across another three staffs by the name of Scoffian, Rudtra & Hui Wen whom we find them attending to guests with the same professional way to guests too, something which are the essence of projecting the image of any hotels profession.
