Wrong room type was allocated by the staff initially, but CS agent prompty resolved the issue by rectifying and issuing refund as a form of compensation, appreciated and will recommend hotel and platform for future bookings 💯

I stay for 2 nights and the front desk does not inform the procedure for room cleaning on day 2. There is no door label provided to request room cleaning or not. They should be more pro-active to serve. Overall good for short Family stay.
