Terrible vacation experience. Room not as advertised , no fridge, no dining area, no kitchen. Raised the issue with reception, 6 hours later, responded saying room as advertised, but not according to the advert on Expedia. Requested to see the manager, he/she sent a member of staff who agreed our room wasn’t correct so offered the correct room which would not be ready for an hour because it was being used for a photoshoot, 2 hours later we gave up waiting got ready and went out for the evening. 20 later ( almost 2.5 hours after being offered the room charge) it was available. Too late as we’d gone out for the night and didn’t want the hassle of changing rooms late at night so stayed in the initial room. Standard of rooms are poor, generally quite dirty in the bathrooms - see attached images. No excuse!! Quite a distance from anything. TIP!! For breakfast try Edicha Bakery- great quality and prices

Arnaque pure et simple : logements indisponibles car l'établissement est fermé ! Une honte que Hôtels.com puissent laisser des hôtes à la réservation alors que leur établi est fermé et en rénovation. J'attends le remboursement ... Mais bien sûr, impossible de le faire l'application mobile Hotels.com. Scammers : the guest house is closed and not available ! Under renovation...

3박4일 했습니다. 도착하고 하루 숙박 후 바로 다음날 돌핀투어와 멘장안투어 다녀왔습니다. 주변에 마트도 편의점도 없습니다. 공원도 없고 밖에 나갈 수가 없습니다. 딸린 수영장은 사진과 다른 쪽의 숙소를 제공해 준것이기에 다른 수영장을 이용했어야 하는데 욕조 수준입니다. 물 저럽구요. 주방은 훌륭합니다. 특히 여기서 제공해주는 룸서비스 음식들 아니였으면 굶어야 했습니다. 룸서비스 음식들은 가격도 저렴하고 먹을만 합니다. 하지만 가고 싶지 않습니다. 위치가 너무 안좋아요.

Ganz schlechtes Frühstück, schlechte Lage, sehr weit vom Strand, ich würde nicht noch einmal buchen, Pool klein, das Hotel wird bei Hotels.com zu gut beschrieben.

I payed for this hotel after some people gave this hotel good reviews, however, the hotel is terrible, the location is very far away from anything, no shops and the beach is very far away. The hotel was dirty and the whole place was presented poorly. We drove 5 hours from Legian to stay here, soon as we seen the hotel we drove 5 hours back to Legian. Would not recommend to anyone.

It was a pleasant room for us to unwind after a long day out. Bed was comfy, wifi was good, and even breakfast was provided. Owner helped us to call for booking when we needed. The Lovina area does not have any taxi service available. Do make sure you have your own transport to get around.

Great
Brand new & clean towels & comfortable beds. Cable TV. Bugs in the house is probably inevitable as it is close to forested area, ants, flying insects....but still alright for us. Owner was helpful & polite to welcome us. Can book the Dolphin tour thru them, should cost about 100K per person or 400-450K per boat which sits about 4-6 ppl max. Location is very close to the Dolphin tour boats area, about 10mins drive. So leave at ~5.45am for the tour.
