Check in的夜班職員，動作俐落服務主動專業，飯店裝潢很美，整體新穎整潔。飯店旁邊斜坡可接到依達紹商店街，白天熱鬧吃食多。缺點是沒有早餐吧。

We had a lovely stay at this European-style hotel. The room was relatively spacious for a family, even with just two beds. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. While the location on the south side of the lake is a bit tucked away and takes more effort to reach, it is surrounded by a vibrant old street with plenty of life and things to do.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The staff were very professional, helpful and polite. They made an effort to help and make our stay as comfortable as possible. They even provided us with a portable heater because the weather was cold.
The room was good size and very nicely decorated. The bed was king size and very comfortable. The shower was amazing! Everything in the room was on theme for the hotel, even the towels had the names and all the rooms were named after royalty.
Located walking distance from everything in town.

We did a last minute trip over a holiday weekend to Sun Moon lake. We found this hotel and we're pleasantly surprised for how nice it was. The price was right but it was very comfortable and clean. And the staff was very helpful. There is parking, although it is in a lot about a block away. The shower is fantastic! They also provide a variety of snacks and some bottles of drinking water. My room had a king size bed and a mini refrigerator. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Just a short walk to the wharf that connects with the Sun Moon lake boat system.

The hotel is a brand new , excellent facilities, the staff and the host were more than friendly. The hotel is walking distant from the famous cable car station, and Ita Thao Village with a street full of things to eat. Overall the stay there was great.
