friendly staff and room is clean

We were satisfied with our rooms, hotel front desk super friendly. Room cleanliness is up to my standard. Thank you housekeeping! But the breakfast is soso with everyday same thing. The worst part is the breakfast egg station. Only 1 gas stove was available. The chef was cooking with a tiny toy size pan & taking their own sweet time to cook for many portions orders one by one only. I have waited for 30mins with the long queue &asked the kitchen team whether they could cook it from the kitchen or not. Answer is a No! Such an unpleasant breakfast experience at this hotel. After complaining  with the supervisor, there was 1 chef from the main kitchen he came out, I thought he was coming out to help cooking for egg orders, but ridiculously he just lightened up the mini gas stove with his fire lighter only then he left. We all waited everyday at least 20mins and above for the omelet. Absolutely ridiculous unacceptable!!! Maybe they dont want guests to order eggs in order to save food cost.

Nothing much to comment just a wonderful stay. At first when I want to make booking confirmation the staff not so friendly & I assume they were busy prepared to check in. Big applause to front desk because check in process very smooth and can check in early around 2-2:30pm. The ambience and amenities of room also acceptable. Just maybe the frame of bed to high and dangerous for baby/toodlers. The breakfast also not dissapointed me at all. Thanks for accept us as your guest. Will repeat again to stay here

Cons Hotel not capable of handling big groups. Room keys were given late. Refilling of food was very slow. Food taste was inconsistent. Repeated menu for tea breaks. Banquet equipments were not functioning properly. PA system was very bad. 3 in 1 shower gel was placed at the sink instead of the shower place. Towels were very worn out. No hand/face towels were provided. Pros Hotel room is nice and comfortable. They provide bolster on each bed. Staff were friendly and attentive.

my first choice hotel if I come to visit Melaka . Hope the hotel can provide water dispenser at every floor so we can refill water instead of asking water bottled . thank you .

Check-in/out is fast, we dont wait for long. The room is really good and clean, bathroom as well. Breakfast is ok but they dont have a lot of variety of food. I prefer to take breakfast outside of the hotel as there is a lot of cafe. Enought space for parking both car and motorcycle, we miss the cat in parking area haha.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Malacca. Short walk to attractions. Easy check-in and check-out.
