From 7th 07:00 to 11th 16:00 September 2026, the water area will be temporarily closed for annual maintenance work. Other facilities will remain operational as usual. To enhance your overall experience, construction work will take place in the pool area from Monday, September 7 to Friday, September 11 to add additional family shower rooms. During this period, there may be some temporary construction noise. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your kind understanding.

The club will be closed for maintenance from 12:00 to 14:00 daily. Every first Wednesday of the month, the water area will be temporarily closed for maintenance. The monthly maintenance will be postponed to the next Wednesday if during a continuous holiday. For monthly maintenance schedule, please refer to the latest news announcement on the hotel official website. Other facilities will remain operational as usual.

If you book "Premier Duplex King Room", for safety's sake, please pay attention to climbing stairs by children and do not leave children alone on the second floor.

To ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for all guests, except for the designated smoking area , all indoor spaces, including guest rooms, balconies, and bathrooms, are entirely smoke-free.This policy applies to all forms of smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and heated tobacco products.A cleaning fee of NT$12,000 will be charged for any smoking activity detected in guest rooms or on balconies.Guests will be held liable for any damage to hotel property or amenities.

Pets are not allowed in guest rooms or other indoor public areas of the hotel. Should a pet be found in a guest room, a NT$6,000 cleaning fee will be applied to cover the cost of a full sanitation process. The hotel also reserves the right to charge additional fees for any damages caused.
