We highly recommend this hotel! We stayed in a room with lagoon access. Overall, we were amazed by the superb service. We arrived way ahead of our check-in time, but they let us check in early for free because they said we looked exhausted. Thanks to the whole team, especially Madelin who assisted us. All of the staff are incredibly kind. There was even a tall, chubby guy who lent us his personal motorcycle just so we could go withdraw money, even though we insisted that he shouldn't and that we would just take a Grab. As for the location, it is a bit far from the city center and convenience stores. It's fine since it’s easily accessible by Gojek, but if you are trying to save money on rides, it might not be the best option. Still, the amazing hospitality made it worth it!

The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our stay. The amenities were also excellent and added to the overall experience. One thing I really appreciated was how fresh and fragrant everything was, especially the towels, linens, and other essentials. They smelled so good and clean! You can really tell that the hotel pays attention to the little details that make guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, everything was worth it, from the cleanliness and amenities to the comfort of the room. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing accommodation. We would love to stay here again! ❤️

nice hotel and friendly people, room is clean and direct access to pool. they also provide free bottled water and they will refill it for you once they clean the room

I really enjoyed my four-day stay at the Seminyak Lagoon Hotel. The staff were very accommodating and nice, always asking how I would like my breakfast to be served. They also consistently asked if I wanted cleaning service. I highly recommend this place.
