The hotel, environment, staffs was good. However, the room design quiet outdated which I think can be improved. also, I have make a special request for my brother in-law birthday but not received. the receptionist said no such request made by us.

Twas a great experience during our holiday on 31aug -1 sep at GSR. We are very pleasing and super grateful for mega warm service being attended by all staffs. Checkin handle very smooth even during school holidays, and serve with ice cream. We are also very satisfied with marvelous buffet dinner by Chefs. The environments so peaceful and the amenities. Hopefully to come again next trip. Thanks Shangri-la Golden Sands Resort

We loved every single bit of our stay at Golden Sands Resort. Kudos to the entire staff for making our memories here so unforgettable. The room amenities were great, and the splash pool, whirlpool, and kids' pool were fantastic. Both breakfast and dinner were tasty. We will definitely come back again. Keep up the good work!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Overall, we were satisfied with the experience. The hotel is very kids-friendly and our child truly enjoyed the stay. The environment was comfortable and suitable for families. Definitely a great place for a family getaway.
