鄰近科技大學校區，便利超商在附近很方便，整體房間還算乾淨舒適，因夏天到了，蚊蟲較易出現，可於房內提供防蚊相關用品也會很不錯。

地點較偏點，相對安靜。 停車方便，很貼心提供泡麵不怕半夜肚子餓。 房間廁所及浴室很小，沒有乾濕分離是缺點， 整體溫馨舒適，很令人放鬆！

三人房的環境空間感很舒適，還有小陽台很舒適，一進門店主也很親切，房間內溫馨簡約乾淨，唯一洗澡時可能熱水壓力的關係，前面的人洗完到後段，熱水會漸漸變溫，下一個人要洗時要稍等片刻，讓電熱水器加熱，二樓有免費的餅乾和泡麵供房客食用，但連住兩天小朋友第二天就看不到餅乾在那邊很失望😂而過年這附近幾乎都沒店家開，要找個早餐也滿困難的，停車位的部分很不錯，店門口就可以有車位供旅客停車，是會考慮回訪的旅店。
