rooms are not soundproof,im staying at ground floor can hear the sounds of kids playing slide at around 8am🤦🏻‍♀️,welcome drinks was not served when arrival😩,I have to claimed from staff on my room checkout, carpark could be even better with shelter,I was given given a recycle bag during check-in but was not told by any of the staff that we could print graphics on the bag😩,lastly i did not have a good rest that 1 night of staying as there was a fire drills alert at 2:54am,the ringing lasted for almost 5~10mins,nothing was inform by the staff nor management,I saw some guests running out from their rooms with robes and everyone was restless with no one knowing what happens,I think the management should at least given a notice to guests to inform what happen,i cannot rest well as im afraid what if the drill is real and no one informs then no time to escape, the location is good likewise I hope in future should the management have better improvement🙏🏻

Had a great time at the RC Hotel very comfortable and the staff was so friendly! However, one thing that RC hotel would like to improve is the Car Parking signage, which is too small and makes it difficult for foreign tourists to find the correct Car Parking. thanks~
