should inform earlier which room type eligible for mountain/ genting view or not, only during check in the staff inform the room type that i book dont have mountain/genting view, so its disappointing. Also, should provide free shuttle bus to genting avenue..will be good service.

The hotel is nice and clean, but the lift service needs improvement. It takes too long to check out. For example, around 10 AM during check-out time, we couldn't get the lift to go down. It took us about 30 minutes to go down from our level. Additionally, we had to go up first before we could go down to the lobby to check out because the lift was completely packed. The view is nice, and the receptionist is super helpful and accommodating. They are also very fast, and the parking is free.
