Staff informed Klook updated them very late which was too short notice for them to prepare. However, management managed arrange their own staff to service us. Staffs were very friendly upon check in but communication slightly not so fluent. Somehow still able communicate. Staffs were fast response when we informed ants get on the bed and into room. Also drip stain in comforter. They spray once and left the ants spray to us for standby and they exchanged the comforter cover immediately. Overall, comfort stay. Compliment to their efforts on breakfast as our ferry was 9am and we gonna arrive jetty by 8am. According to them, breakfast serve at 8am but they willing accommodate us. We feel the warm hospitality.

Staff informed Klook updated them couples of day before our arrival. It was too short notice to them to get prepare. However, management managed get their senior staff to service us. Staffs were very friendly upon check in. Staffs were fast response to take care our safety when we informed them we saw a snake on the bed. Overall, comfort stay. A bit walking distance to jetty. Compliment to their efforts on breakfast as our ferry was 9am and we gonna arrive jetty by 8am. According to them, breakfast serve at 8am but they willing accommodate us. We feel the warm hospitality.
