As usual, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Although the hotel is relatively old, it is well maintained and I believe some upgrades have been carried out. My only concern was during check-in. I booked a Grand Deluxe Room through Klook at a very competitive rate. However, upon arrival, the hotel informed me that the reservation had been made through another online system and that the room category reflected in their system was a standard Deluxe Room. Fortunately, the hotel staff were very understanding and honoured my booking voucher, allowing me to stay in the Grand Deluxe Room as originally booked. I truly appreciate their assistance and flexibility in resolving the matter. Overall, it was another enjoyable stay and I look forward to returning.

Hotel well maintained and in nice condition, like a new hotel. lunch buffet nice too

My stay at Hotel Armada PJ was average and just okay overall. The location, staff, cleanliness, and atmosphere were all acceptable but nothing spectacular. However, there are a few areas that need attention. The internet/Wi-Fi connection was not good and quite frustrating to use during my stay. Additionally, the food definitely has room for improvement. It was a decent stay, but fixing the Wi-Fi and upgrading the food quality would make a big difference.

Stayed for just 1 night. Overall clean and comfortable. Pleasant staff and environment. Did not use the facilities or eat there so can't comment. Only comment would be the quality of the towels, they were thin and rough. Could also provide a hand towel for convenience.

good location, room is generally clean but could be better, flat parking rate which should have been free

I stay at Armada Hotel, PJ about once a month for my business trips. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay, good service, and convenient location. The rooms are clean, and the staff are generally helpful. However, one recurring issue needs urgent attention — the bathroom sink is consistently clogged every time I check in. I hope the hotel management can look into this matter and fix the sink clogging issue as soon as possible. It would definitely improve the overall guest experience.

my first time staying at this hotel. price is ok. but rooms are big. only 1 receptionst at the table. very slow…

Stayed here to attend my friend’s wedding ceremony. The location is great, and the room was very clean with plenty of space. The only downside was that the toilet light felt a bit too dim. Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay.

I love this place alot because its scenery are top notch. Wonderful! They also provide parking validation for whoever stays here, RM2 only .

clean and good service and good place, but the tower got a bit the smelly smell, hope next time I stay again no more this smell
