loved everything just that certain facilities like the bidet and the tv channel not really working but the customer service and everything else was amazing. I would definitely come back if I ever visit Penang again

the location for this hotel is fantastic! the cleaniness and the staffs are all good! except that the hob height is not high enough and i bumped my forehead to the corner of the hob on the first day when we checked in the hotel. the pain and blueblack stayed with me throughout the 3days trip. 🥲 can please adjust the height. other than that i love the hotel. will definitely go back there if im gonna visit penang again. keep the good work Citadines!

The property is located near the shopping mall cluster and The TOP, but also walkable to the hipster art space and weekend market at Hin Bus Depot. Nice and modern room, though there are some visible stains on the bathroom floor.
